Full Kit Archive: Returns Policy

Every shirt in the archive is checked, photographed and described in detail before it’s listed. Please study the photos, measurements and condition notes carefully before buying. Pre-owned and vintage kits will show their age, and any wear we know about is shown in the listing.

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at fullkitarchive@gmail.com with your order number within that 14 days, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

• You pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service, because we can’t refund items lost in transit.
• Shirts must come back in the condition they were sent, with any tags still attached.
• If a shirt has been worn, washed, altered or handled more than you’d need to check it, we’ll reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
• We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method. Original delivery charges are refunded at the standard rate only.

Custom and personalised items
Shirts printed or customised to your order (for example with a name or number you chose) can’t be cancelled or returned unless they’re faulty.
